I am working at JPMorgan for the last five years and I can proudly say that I really enjoy my job. There is a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in my office which gives me the confidence to do my work in the best possible way. Most of my coworkers are highly educated and extremely efficient and we always help each other out in problem situations. The management is also very much concerned about the well being of the employees. I am also happy with the pay structure and the benefits are really good.

I am thinking of leaving my job at JPMorgan and sadly most of my coworkers have the same feeling. The company is making loses and while the management remains safely cushioned in their positions we have to live under the constant threat of layoffs. I have not received any raise in the last financial year and the company is cutting benefits every year. The management is still busy with their personal desires and the people who have worked very hard for the company for years are being shown the door unceremoniously. The situation is just too bad.

When I joined JPMorgan Chase it was like a dream come true and I thought if I worked very hard I will be in some good position in the company. Unfortunately that dream has remained a dream because the management simply does not acknowledge any of my hard work and simply turns a blind eye to all my efforts. I am not given raises and the management expects me to remain satisfied with that but I really want a promotion because only then will I be able to advance in my career.

It has been good so far working for JPMorgan but I wish that the upper management takes a notice of my work. Being a big company, that seems to be pretty impossible. Moreover career growth is extremely slow and you have to know the right people to even be considered for promotion

I am working as a senior manager at the company for the past two years and it took me ten years to get this position. I have a team of hardworking young people but due to pressure from the management I cannot give deserving reviews and they have to keep on working at the same level and with the same pay. This is making me extremely frustrated and nowadays I feel it was better when I did not have a senior post because then at least I had to worry only about me and not about so many people.

Being an employee I feel that the advantage of working in a big company like JPMorgan is that there are always lots of opportunities to learn about your profession. There is always a lot of work going on here and the company has given me the chance to decide what work I want to do and even change my role or team if I do not feel comfortable. The salary I get here is fairly reasonable and the benefits offered by the company are decent in today??™s economy. The company has also given me the scope to log on to the network from my home. But one thing that bothers me is that in spite of working devotedly for nearly a decade for the company, I am yet to get any kind of recognition for my efforts. Getting a chance to be in the management level seems so remote nowadays!
