He is letting copper plant go, in order to force customers to switch to the new fios system. Part of his plan is to either lay off or fire those that maintain copper plant.

When CEO s become more concerned about their Christmas bonus and other perks, it is high time, the company stars showing them the door. But that is not happening here and we all are left wondering why!!

Ivan is in a role where he is supposed to think about the welfare of the company and the people working here. Instead he chooses to only think about himself which clearly means that he does not deserve to be in a leadership position.

This guy need to go retire so VZ employee can save their job. VZ has been cutting a lot of good employees, keep only employees who only know how to do negative politic but not hard work.

I am sorry to say that Ivan does not deserve to be in this position because we management people lost our pensions due to the large amount the company paid him. If the employees suffer due to their leaders then those people should be thrown out.
