I think Steve does a good job running MSFT. His energy is second to none and even though everyone may not agree with his views or direction, he has proven to be able to help MSFT be the largest software development company in the world. I have been in meetings with him where people ask him tough questions and he usually has a good honest answer.

Ever since Steve has become the CEO, nothing good is really happened to the company. He does not take into account the employees moral and mood and product development is in a all time slow mode!

I have not given up on Steve like some of my colleagues. I think he can fight the current recession in the right way and take Microsoft forward

Steveb should retire - it's about time. It's getting too hard for him to stay on top of the business. And he's running out of ideas what to do. The stock has gone nowhere during his leadership and the outlook ain't any better. Steveb has lost his mojo. Time to pack the bags...

Doing a great job after Bill Gates retired and has managed to keep the company in a good position. Needs to look at the internal politics going on.
